I am really pissed with SINGTEL!
I had terminated the line few months back.
And also, my dad had stopped receiving bills from SINGTEL.
And recently, we received a letter from them that I owe them UP TO $300!!!!
This is so ridiculous luh!
How can I use till $300 when I have no sim card?
So does it means that once I sign a line with them I cant terminate?

When I call their customer service hotline they took forever to answer.
I send them an email and finally they called.
And ANOTHER SHOCKING NEWS!
I had 2 accounts!!!!????!!!
LOL?
I don't even know I sign another account.
I argue with them of coz!
Then she told me I actually recontract.
ZZZ!!!
I had best student plan with starhub what for I pay extra for no unlimited mms and sms from SINGTEL?

Then they ask me to call this settle with that department and confront that company.
PUSHING ME HERE AND THERE!

Chubby told me that SINGTEL always cropped up.
His sister once had a bill of $1k in a month.
Saying that they have records of her calling overseas to india.

I feel really disappointed that such simple stuff as termination of line they cant even meet the consumers needs.
And their mistakes, system cropped up but YET!
In the end us the consumers become victims.
Its really unfair to us.
Such big company and yet cant even accomplish simple task!
